Our initial target market asset acquisitions will be the New York Metropolitan Area. Cedrus Management will also quickly expand its investments to other key metropolitan areas in the United States including Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, Seattle and Miami.
Cedrus Management intends on growing its business by prioritizing disciplined investment analysis, and executing asset acquisitions and divestitures in a timely manner with a cost-controlled methodology. Cedrus Management’s team will seek to ensure that financing costs, leverage ratios and legal risks are properly evaluated and controlled, while operating acquired real estate assets with the goal of achieving increased valuations based on efficient management and assertive leasing strategies.
